Toby is the third protagonist of the series, Toby's real name is Tobias P. Cactus, Toby is a happy, living cactus who always in a happy mood and loves dancing and playing with his friends Deputy Peck and Sheriff Callie, sometimes his pointy needles get in the way as he is always careful not to poke anyone or anything around him.
